How to Add a Coaching Call to Your Flowlance Store

Add your coaching call product and start selling in minutes! Our amazing built-in calendar and scheduling module will help you to take care of the operations, which means you won't need tools like Calendly anymore. But if you want to schedule the calls yourself or use a 3rd-party service, no problem.

You'll create your coaching call product in 3 simple steps:

1. Product preview
2. Checkout page
3. Checkout options

Creating a coaching call (1:1 Session)

1. Go to My Store and click on Create New Product. Choose 1:1 Session as your product type

2. In Product preview, fill out the basic details about your coaching call offer


3. When you scroll down, you'll get to 1:1 Session Details. You will choose the duration of your session in the Duration window, and specify where it will take place in the Location window - you will choose from the pre-set options. You can add & edit them in Settings & My profile (bottom in the sidebar menu) -> Settings -> Advanced -> Locations.


4. Below that in Customer Scheduling, you'll choose how you want the call scheduling to take place:

Your customers will:

  • Enabled - Choose a time slot in your Flowlance Calendar (FULL TUTORIAL HERE)

  • Custom - Receive a link to your external calendar (for example Calendly)

  • Disabled - Get a message that you will reach out to them about scheduling yourself

We recommend to choose Enabled and take advantage of our booking module, that will simplify the whole process.


5. When you have the basics set up, hit Continue.

6. Next you'll get to the Checkout page where you will upload a title image that will be displayed at the top of your coaching call product page, and you can also enter a longer description of your coaching call. This is the page the customer will see after clicking on your product in the Creator Store.

7. Finally, you'll get to the Checkout options page. Here you can customize your product link (i.e. my.flowlance.com/flowie/howling-assessment-with-pro-tips) and write a Success message the customer will see after the product purchase.

Additionally, you can add some super fancy sections that will give your product a more professional look and feel, and help you make even more money:

8. When you have everything set up, hit the Create button, and your coaching call is live!
