How to Add FAQ to Your Product in Flowlance Store
Want to answer questions before your customer even asks them? With Flowlance, you can easily add an FAQ section right on your product's checkout/landing page. It helps build trust, reduce hesitation, and make buying feel like a no-brainer.
Adding FAQ to your product
1. Go to My Store, click on the three dots of the product you want to discount, and click Edit

2. In the top navigation, go to Checkout options

3. Scroll down to the FAQs section and click on Add question

4. Then simply write the question and your answer. You will see it appear in the product preview on the right. You can add as many questions as you want. When you're done, don't forget to hit Save
