What is a Direct Sale?
Sell directly to your customers - whether existing by typing their name, or new ones using just their email - no need for them to visit your Creator Store. With Direct Sale, you can offer any product straight to your customers, making selling fast, easy, and personal.
Selling directly to your customers
1. Go to Direct Sale, choose the product, and click on Sell
2. Next, enter the email of the customer you want to sell the product to, or choose from your existing customers. You can also add another product or give the customer some discount. When you're done, click on Sell
3. Now pick the payment method - you can choose Stripe or PayPal if you have them connected, or go for Bank transfer which is available by default. If you want to send this offer to your customer by email, turn on the Send order to customer option. Then just hit Complete
4. After you create the order, you will be taken to the Orders page in the customer's profile. If the order was for a new customer, the profile will be automatically created using the customer's email address
