How Will Customers Download my Digital Product?
Curious how your customers grab their digital products after buying? We’ve got you covered. This article shows you exactly how downloads work in Flowlance and where to add or tweak the files your buyers get.
Downloading the digital product
1. Here's what your customers will see after purchasing your digital product if it's stored on an external URL:
and here's how it will look like if your digital product is a file you submitted to Flowlance:
Changing the digital product
1. If you want to change the digital product your customers will receive, go to My Store, click on the three dots of the product you want to edit, and click on Edit
2. Scroll down to Digital Product Details where you can either upload a new file your customers will receive, or add a URL where the customers can access your digital product.
When you're finished, don't forget to hit Save
