How To Create a Lead Magnet and Collect Emails in Flowlance
Want to grow your audience and start building real connections? Lead magnet products let you give away something valuable for free - like a guide, checklist, or template - in exchange for your visitors’ emails. It’s a smart way to turn casual visitors into engaged fans who you can talk to again and again. Here’s how to create lead magnets that work for you in Flowlance.
You'll create your Lead magnet in 3 simple steps:
1. Product preview
2. Checkout page
3. Checkout options
Creating a Lead Magnet
1. Go to My Store and click on Create New Product. Choose Lead Magnet as your product type
2. Click on Lead Magnet

3. Fill out lead magnet details - Title, Button text, Thumbnail image, Layout (of the image and description), and Description.
4. Choose whether you want the form (visitor's name and email) to be visible in your lead magnet's thumbnail in the Creator Store
Next, add Lead Magnet Details - here, you will specify the digital product the visitor will receive after entering their name and email. You can either upload the file, or enter a link where the visitor can view or download it.
When you're finished, click the Continue button at the bottom of the page

5. Next you'll get to the Checkout page where you will upload a title image that will be displayed at the top of your lead magent page, and you can also enter a longer description of your lead magnet. This is the page the customer will see after clicking on the lead magent in the Creator Store.
When you're finished, again click on the Continue button at the bottom of the page

6. Finally, you'll get the to Checkout options page. Here you can customize your lead magnet link (i.e. my.flowlance.com/flowie/5-essential-howling-tips-to-get-you-started) and write a Success message the customer will see after entering his name and email.
