How to Create a Custom Invoice in Flowlance
Sometimes you will get special gig or sell something that doesn't fit into your Creator Store. No worries - we want Flowlance to be your only go-to place to sell and manage everything, and that's why made it easy to create and send custom invoices, too.
Creating a custom invoice
1. Go to Direct Sale and choose Custom invoice from the topbar menu

2. Enter all the details about the order. If you want to include some discount, this is where you can do it. You can always see the live invoice preview on the right. When you're done, hit Create

3. Finally, you will review the details and choose the payment method. Stripe and PayPal will be only available if you have them connected, but Bank transfer is available by default. If you want to send the invoice directly to customer check the Send order to customer field. It's always a good idea to check the email before it's sent - you can do that by clicking on Preview email button and modify the email as needed. When you have everything ready, hit Complete

4. Here's what you'll see when you click on Preview email. You can edit the email and even add another recipient to copy. When your email is ready, click on Use this email

5. After you create the order, it will appear on the Orders page

6. Clicking on the order on the Orders page will open the Order profile where you can see & manage the details
