How to Block Off Specific Times and Dates in the Calendar
Sometimes you need to take a break, prep for a big project, or just keep certain days free - and that’s totally okay. You can block off specific times and dates in your calendar so customers can’t book sessions when you’re unavailable. This way, your schedule stays clear, you avoid double bookings, and you keep control over your time. Here’s how to easily block off those spots and make sure your calendar works the way you want it to.
Blocking off specific date ranges
1. Go to My Store, click on the three dots of the 1:1 Session product where you want to block off time ranges, and click Edit

2. On the Product Preview page, scroll down to Customer Scheduling and click on Block off specific dates

and choose the date and time range you want to block off for that particular 1:1 Session product

When you're finished, don't forget to hit Save
Blocking off multple specific date ranges
You can also block off multiple time ranges. Simply click on Block off specific dates again and choose another date range
