How to Use and Edit a Customer Profile in Flowlance

Customer profile allows you to complete manage your customer details and orders, and offers you a couple of handy tools that make everything even easier. We want you to feel confident navigating all the features, so here's a quick breakdown.

Editing the customer

1. Go to Customers and click on the customer you want to edit

Overview

Overview contains basic information about your customer along with sales stats. In Customer notes, you can keep whatever you need to remember about the customer

Orders

In Orders, you will find a complete list of the customers' orders. By clicking on them, you can see and manage their details and Stage (Paid/Unpaid). Active packages contain all upcoming sessions - whether already scheduled, or those waiting to be scheduled

Events

Events will show you all your upcoming sessions

Localization

Localization options make sure all the payment & time zone stuff matches your customer's country

Notes

All notes from your sessions will appear here

Modules

In Modules, you can choose whether you want to use the previous two modules - Localization and Notes
