How to Organize Your Customers in Flowlance
Keeping your customers organized makes managing your business a lot easier. You can segment them by status (ACTIVE, LEAD, INACTIVE) and add them multiple tags so you can easily filter them based on your current needs.
1. On Customers page, there's a filter above the customer list

2. You can filter the customer list by clicking on specific attributes like Stage or Tags, and also by the date they were created

3. You can edit these attributes in the customer profile. Stage can be edited below the customer's initials that serve as a profile picture

4. Tags can be added below the customer's email

5. To help you better navigate the tags, you can change their color by clikcing on their name and picking the color you prefer
