How to Connect Flowlance with Stripe
Stripe is the easiest and most trusted way to collect payments online. It’s used by the biggest names out there - and by us, too.
Here's how to connect Flowlance with Stripe:
1. On the bottom of the sidebar menu, click on Settings & My Profile, and go to Settings
2. Then select Payments from the top bar and click on Connect Stripe
3. You will be taken to Stripe's website to complete the process. First, enter your email and set a password for your account
4. Set up two-step authentication - you can do this using your phone number, Google Authenticator app, or security key. When you’re done, you will get a backup code that you can use in case you lose access to your two-step authentication method or device. Keep this backup code in a safe place
5. Next, you will be asked to specify your Business location and Business type (Individual, Company, or Nonprofit organization)
6. In the next steps, Stripe will ask you for more detailed personal information, business information, bank account details, and tax details
🚨 Important note
To use Stripe with Flowlance, you’ll be asked to create a new Stripe account that’s connected to Flowlance directly. This account is just for Flowlance—existing Stripe accounts can’t be used or linked.
