Having Problems With Connecting Stripe or PayPal To Flowlance?
Are you trying to connect Stripe or PayPal to Flowlance but are experiencing some difficulties? Let's take a look!
Going through the process
To properly set up the payment method, you have to successfully go through the whole setup and verification process. If you end it early, you will see a notice next to the payment method in Flowlance about what's missing. Payment processors like Stripe or PayPal have to follow KYC (Know Your Customer) laws and verify your identity.
If you experience a problem and get stuck during the setup process of either payment method, you can always start again by going to Settings, choosing Payments from the topbar menu, clicking on three dots next to the payment method you're trying to connect, and hitting Disconnect

Problems with connecting PayPal
Here's what to check:
1. Your PayPal email might not be verified yet
Look for a confirmation email from PayPal (check Spam or Promotions folders too). Click to verify
2. You need a PayPal Business account
Personal accounts won’t work with Flowlance
3. On the final PayPal screen, make sure to click "Go back to StudyHub Online"
This completes the connection on PayPal’s side
4. Still waiting on PayPal to verify you?
Add a valid bank account to your PayPal and confirm it. That’s what unlocks the ability to receive payments
