Having Problems With Connecting PayPal To Flowlance?
If you’ve linked PayPal but still see an error in Settings or it’s not showing at checkout, don’t worry - it’s usually something simple.
Here's what to check:
1. Your PayPal email might not be verified yet
Look for a confirmation email from PayPal (check Spam or Promotions folders too). Click to verify
2. You need a PayPal Business account
Personal accounts won’t work with Flowlance
3. On the final PayPal screen, make sure to click "Go back to StudyHub Online"
This completes the connection on PayPal’s side
4. Still waiting on PayPal to verify you?
Add a valid bank account to your PayPal and confirm it. That’s what unlocks the ability to receive payments
